A collaboration with Alex Hamilton. After pressing was complete, skins from the Sang de Lune Grampians Shiraz 2021 were transported to Killer Sprocket brewery where Alex prepared the wort. Base malts used were Munich and Australian Pilsen giving a honeyed amber colour and a biscuit-like quality; Hersbrucker hops were used lending a mild spiciness and balancing bitterness. The wort was pumped over the skins and left to ferment for two months before being racked off solids and then racked once more at bottling. Carbonation was provided by refermentation in bottle. No additions. Available as a 6 pack.
